Nothing happens to a person without their agreement. Consent governs how someone is mapped, matched, introduced and progressed.
Our story
Built on the street, not behind a desk
DAESP ABC began with face-to-face outreach across the borough — in streets, schools, colleges, Jobcentres, community settings and business doorways. The same conversation happened again and again: people wanted a way in, businesses were willing to help, and nothing was connecting the two.
The problem
Provision is measured by vacancies filled. If no vacancy exists, the person is invisible and their demand is never recorded anywhere.
Our answer
Map both sides — people and businesses — record demand whether or not supply exists, and go out and create what is missing.

Everyone starts as potential. The job of the system is to carry that potential through experience into professional standing, and to keep supporting it once it is there.
