How it works

Walk In → Meet First → CV After

One method, two sides. Choose the one that describes you.

For Seekers

Your route from potential to professional

You are a Seeker if you are looking for an opportunity of any kind in the borough.

  1. 01

    Walk In

Meet us on the street, at your school or college, at a Jobcentre or community session, at an event — or map yourself from your phone. No CV, no application form, no gatekeeping. We ask what you are into (passion) and what you are aiming at (purpose), where in the borough you are, when you are free and what type of opportunity would suit you.

  2. 02

    Get mapped

Your answers create your own Map Reference. From that moment you exist in the system whether or not anything matching is live today. If nothing matches, your demand stays active and tells us what supply we need to go and create.

  3. 03

    Meet First

When something fits, The NEET Agent arranges the introduction — a visit, a conversation, a taster, a trial or an interview. You never get handed a stranger's phone number and no business gets yours. Every introduction is agreed and supported.

  4. 04

    CV After

Once you have real experience, we build the CV and evidence around it. Your record follows you: attendance, experience completed, training, apprenticeship, employment and whatever comes next. Support continues across the whole journey.

Safety

No direct contact by default

Seekers and Businesses never get unrestricted access to each other. The NEET Agent controls every introduction, and there is no open directory of local people to browse.
